Neil is the holder of a City & Guilds Further & Adult Teachers' Certificate, and holds a Master of Arts degree in Management Studies.

He has many years experience of advanced police driving techniques, with a background in training and road safety.

Attention to detail and delivery of an excellent but friendly service are his priorities.
